The winner of Urban Taskforce Australia’s Mixed Use Development Award is Burwood Grand by Anson Group.
Chair of the DEA Judging Panel, Chris Johnson AM made the following comments on the winners:
“This development is a good example of mixed-use development with 16 retail outlets, a 4,000 square metre Council Chambers and 3 residential towers of 11, 19 and 24 storeys. There is a 20 metre long bridge that connects to the library and 50% of the 498 apartments are held by the developer.”
