The winner of Urban Taskforce Australia’s Industrial Development Award is Southside Industrial Park by Centuria Capital Group.
Chair of the DEA Judging Panel, Chris Johnson AM made the following comments on the winners:
“Two large industrial buildings in South East Melbourne that provides 40,000 square metres of space adding 300 jobs to the local area. The building was 100% pre-leased prior to practical completion.”
