The winner of Urban Taskforce Australia’s Affordable Residential Development Award is Lidcombe Rise Stage 1 by Billbergia.
Chair of the DEA Judging Panel, Chris Johnson AM made the following comments on the winners:
“The first building in a large 376 dwelling development close to Lidcombe Station is a well-designed building that has 63 social housing units managed by Evolve Housing. The project will also include 93 affordable homes and 220 market units in an excellent example of density next to a train station.”
