The winner of Urban Taskforce Australia’s Commercial Development Award is 6 & 8 Parramatta Square by Walker Corporation.
Chair of the DEA Judging Panel, Chris Johnson AM made the following comments on the winners:
“A 6-star Green Star development with one of the largest lettable areas for a commercial building in Australia. Levels 1 to 25 were occupied while construction continued above. A sky bridge connects to adjoining buildings, excellent design by JPW architects and quality tenants.”
