Tom Forrest, Urban Taskforce CEO cut straight to the point in today’s Daily Telegraph.
When commenting on councils ‘dragging their feet’ when assessing development applications, Mr Forrest stated,
“Those (councils) that are doing the right thing need to be acknowledged and rewarded and those that are not need to have powers taken away from them.”
