Justin Douglas, Economist and from Evidion presented to Urban Taskforce members on the opportunities and challenges for the property industry post-COVID-19. Justin outlined the property industry prior to COVID-19, the impacts upon the industry including government policies and programs and broader economic impacts as well as future prospects for developers and investors.
