The Commonwealth needs to do more. Support for the states I terms of housing related infrastructure is desperately needed.
Clearly there is a long way to go to deliver the housing supply growth our population needs.
NSW has been the big driver of a national resurgence, with 179,038 dwellings commenced across Australia, an increase of 19,071 on the previous year.
