Today’s ABS data reveals the stark reality of the challenge ahead. August has shown a seasonally adjusted 11.4% drop compared with July, which is concerning given the extra effort being applied through a range of planning policy reforms.
Total approvals for the past 12 months show that NSW is still struggling to get much beyond 50,000 dwelling approvals per annum.
