The Office of State Revenue has produced a special fact sheet on the NSW Home Builders Bonus (the new stamp duty concessions) for developers/vendors.
The fact sheet includes important information on:
- when construction is taken to commence for stated development;
- replacement agreements for an off-the-plan purchase; and
- off the plan purchases where the vendor has changed.
