The winner of Urban Taskforce Australia’s High Density Residential Development – City Award is The Langston by Cbus.
Chair of the DEA Judging Panel, Chris Johnson AM made the following comments on the winners:
“462 apartments in 19, 24 and 29 storey buildings located within 100 metres of Epping Station with a public plaza used on Friday nights for food markets and the Moon Market. Good environmental qualities and amenities including a sky lounge, dining terrace and a yoga room.”
