Urban Taskforce CEO, Tom Forrest, has issued a warning over the Federal Government’s expanded first-home buyer guarantee scheme — saying it may be doing more harm than good.
Tom said, “We have a housing affordability crisis. It’s time the politicians stopped subsidising demand and finally focused on building homes, not fuelling panic buying.”
