Urban Taskforce CEO, Tom Forrest said “The data released by the ABS today reveals ongoing problems with new housing supply in urban areas (Multi unit dwellings which are mostly apartments) in NSW.” in his recent media release earlier today. Tom Forrest goes on to explain that “The NSW Planning system has had four bad years of chronic under performance. The former Minister ran planning approvals into the ground.”
