A decade long fight to develop a slab of concrete in Sydney’s Barangaroo is being used to highlight the plight of property developers in New South Wales, as many move operations to north of the border.
Urban Taskforce Australia CEO Tom Forrest was quoted by The Daily Telegraph, warning bureaucratic red tape across the city is stalling crucial developments.
