I write in relation to the public exhibition of the draft Edgecliff-Woollahra State-led rezoning planning proposal.
In general, Urban Taskforce Australia members support the intent of the NSW Government to rezone Edgecliff-Woollahra for higher density residential property.
However, we are concerned that document, as published, has no chance of realising the stated goal to create 9,400 homes.
