The AFR has highlighted how more developers are building and selling in smaller cities. Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest said this shows why governments need to make it easier to deliver new housing in places where people want to live.
Tom said, “Higher taxes and charges in Sydney hurt the feasibility of developments more than in smaller cities.”
