Switzer said … “And the Urban Taskforce boss Tom Forrest says … 76,000 dwellings that we need to produce each year … we’re way off doing that … so if you add the government’s encouragement for people to go and buy their first home into a market where we’re not supplying enough homes, guess what happens?”
