18 Fabrizio Perilli, Chief Executive Officer of TOGA Development & Construction outlined the Surry Hills project for 150 new homes along with retail outlets and restaurants in the trendy inner city suburb of Surry Hills. He emphasised TOGA’s approach to ‘Customer Co-creation’ and the importance of materiality in their projects. The Surry Hills project is mid-rise with buildings of 6 to 8 storeys high.
