We note that the NSW Government has launched this week its mid-rise pattern book and the contrast between the approach taken by the NSW Government and that apparently taken by Council. Whereas the State Government’s initiative is designed to promote and support the delivery of housing supply, including cost-effective and affordable housing, Woollahra Council appears to be doubling down in an effort to frustrate housing development.
