The City of Sydney’s $150 million plan to develop Town Hall Square has hit a road block, after the NSW Government’s determination that the project be assessed under State Significant Development rules by the Independent Planning Commission.
Urban Taskforce Australia strongly supports this decision, and CEO Tom Forrest was quoted in the Daily Telegraph.
