The Duties Amendment (NSW Home Builders Bonus) Bill 2010, which improves the stamp duty concessions announced by the NSW Government in the state budget (see the Member Alert of 23 June 2010), was passed by Parliament last week.
The amended Home Builders Bonus schemes come into effect tomorrow. The details of the bill are here. The revised Office of State Revenue guidance material about the scheme is available here.
