Urban Taskforce Australia CEO, Tom Forrest, today welcomed the appointment of Scott Langford to the position of CEO of Housing Australia (HA), while also praising Nathan Del Bon on his outstanding legacy as HA’s inaugural CEO.
Scott Langford takes on this role at a critical time, in the midst of a national housing supply crisis. Scott built a sophisticated model of affordable housing property management and development in conjunction with public and private sector partners as CEO at St George Community Housing since 2015.
Now is the time for HA to pivot from securing funding and setting up sound processes for its allocation, to the delivery of housing supply.
