The Urban Taskforce continues to make submissions to government on matters of interest to its members. Recent submissions include:
- Foreign investment in Australian real estate;
- Erosion of existing property rights by the draft Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2010;
- Coalition paper: Towards a productive and sustainable population growth path for Australia;
- Metropolitan Transport Plan;
- NBN Implementation Study, released 6 May 2010;
- Supplementary Submission to the Senate Standing Committee examining the Fibre Deployment Bill;
- Proposed subordinate legislation to give effect to fibre in new developments; and
- Suspension of rezonings as a result of the Transport Plan for Sydney.
