Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest was quoted last night in ABC News responding to the NSW Opposition’s pledge to deliver 10,000 new homes on the former industrial site near the Parramatta CBD.
Mr Forrest noted that while the proposal remains under-developed in terms of its potential housing yield and provides little detail on the significant remediation costs for the contaminated land along the Parramatta River, it nevertheless represents a welcome step forward.
