The Property Person of the Year is an annual award presented to a property sector leader in NSW. The award was presented by the Premier Mr Bob Carr to Liam Forde, CEO of Baulderstonre Hornibrook at a charity fundraising dinner in aid of the Warrah Society. The 2005 Property Person of the Year award dinner and presentation attracted 500 property industry representatives and raised more than $250,000 for the Warrah Society.

Liam Forde Chief Executive of Baulderstone Hornibrook Liam Forde was the Chief Executive of Baulderstone Hornibrook until July 2005, one of Australia’s leading construction groups with more than 1,000 employees Australia-wide.
He joined Baulderstone Hornibrook as Group Finance Director in 1988. After 16 years with the group, Liam took on the role of Chief Executive Officer in October 2002. |

He led the company’s evolution from a traditional building and engineering company into an integrated multi-service organisation offering concept development, project delivery and asset management.
