The NSW Urban Taskforces 2007 Development Excellence Award has been won by Goodman International for its Talavera Corporate Centre in North Ryde. Five other developments were also honoured. Aaron Gadiel, Chief Executive of the NSW Urban Taskforce, said that these projects represent the pinnacle of achievement for the States property industry.
