Urban Taskforce Australia notes Liverpool City Council’s decision to split the Planning Proposal for the new LEP into two stages with this first stage focused on changes to the Liverpool City Centre, Industrial Precincts, public parks / reserves and environmentally significant land, and the second stage focused on residential and commercial land changes.
