In November we reported the Department of Planning’s announcement that it was working on more documents to “guide” development. These were: Centre Design Guidelines and Good designs for medium density living.
We were, of course, concerned at the ever increasing regulation. We raised our concerns formally (our letter is here). We have now received a reply assuring us that these documents will be publicly exhibited (here). We expect this to take place in the near future.
