Urban Taskforce CEO, Tom Forrest, today welcomed the announcement by the Premier of NSW, Chris Minns and Planning Minister, Paul Scully, on a two-tiered approach to Transport Oriented Developments (TODs) to deliver more housing around heavy rail and metro stations.
There will be 8 new precincts identified as “Tier 1 TOD precincts”.
These Tier 1 TOD precincts will involve DPE led precinct rezonings.
