Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest today put out a media release in support of the NSW Government’s Pre-Sale Finance Guarantee, which will make it easier for developers to gain cost-effective finance for projects.
This will ensure that applicants can build sooner and at lower cost, reducing the price for homebuyers and increasing housing supply.
