Worse – things are going backwards!
Development applications are the life blood of the planning system and a solid portion of the economy – nothing can be built without a development consent.
Yet for the month of June 2023, NSW Planning’s own figures showed the system, for all types of approvals in all sectors of development, went backwards on every performance measure
