CEO of Urban Taskforce Australia, Tom Forrest, paid tribute to Mark Speakman MP for demonstrating the benefits of a bipartisan approach to housing supply, housing affordability and for shifting his party to be a pro-YIMBY party.
Mark Speakman was quick to respond to calls from Premier Minns for a bi-partisan approach to planning reform in January this year.
He followed through with his commitment and just last week we saw the successful passage of significant planning reforms through the Parliament. This could not have happened without the support of the Coalition under Mark Speakman.
