The City of Sydney Council has placed the Green Square Town Centre Planning Proposal and Draft Development Control Plan 2011 on public exhibition and will receive comments until 20 December 2011. The Town Centre Planning Proposal relates to 301 Botany Road, 501 Botany Road, 509 Botany Road, 3 Joynton Avenue, 511?515 Botany Road, 97?115 Portman Street, 811 Elizabeth Street, Zetland; 312?318 Botany Road, 324 Botany Road, 318A Botany Road, 6?20 O?Riordan Street and 2A Bourke Road, Alexandria. The Planning Proposal does not include the Landcom and the Green Square Consortium (Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd and Leighton Properties Pty Ltd) sites, which are the subject of a separate Planning Proposal. The Draft Town Centre DCP covers all sites within the Green Square Town Centre and includes key controls on built form, public domain, transport and land use.
