The Daily Telegraph today gave credit to the progress of the HDA.
Within two hours, the first meeting of the HDA triumvirate adjourned having green-lit 12 housing projects which will create over 6,855 new homes in NSW.
Tom Forrest, Urban Taskforce CEO noted “Investors, financiers, developers and builders had been sitting on this massive number of development opportunities, just waiting for a planning system that could give them a chance”
