The winner of Urban Taskforce Australia’s High-Rise Residential Development – Metro Award is The Hoxton by ALAND.
Chair of the DEA Judging Panel, Chris Johnson AM made the following comments on the winners:
“A well-designed group of apartment towers up to 32 storeys on the Hume Highway at Liverpool, 98% of the apartments sold off the plan with 55% being for first home buyers indicating an affordable level. The buildings include winter gardens and a roof top common area.”
