Daily Telegraph –
An eye-watering $4.7 billion worth of fast-tracked development has been approved by the State Government — including sky-high plans for two northwest Sydney suburbs, a massive solar farm and new schools to be built across the state.
The multibillion-dollar list of 19 development applications and major planning proposals, expected to generate more than 14,700 jobs during construction, were all fast-tracked through the planning system as part of the third tranche of the government’s COVID-19 acceleration plan to kickstart the NSW economy.
