Mr Forrest said opposing tall towers in areas such as the inner-city, eastern suburbs and Northern Beaches, with good public transport, was selfish and short-sighted.
“Selfish because of the inefficient and unsustainable use of the land,” he said. “Myopic because of the impact on housing affordability and the impact this has on millennials who are struggling to get a foot on the homeownership ladder.”
