28 June 2013- The Urban Taskforce generally supports the direction of the White Paper and the reform of the planning system for New South Wales. We support the proposal to repeal outdated and/or irrelevant state planning policies and local environmental plans. We need a simpler and fairer method of funding infrastructure that spreads levies across the broadest base of beneficiaries.
