The Sydney Morning Herald today published an article highlighting many of the issues associated with the current NSW planning approval process.
In the article, Tom Forrest, CEO of the Urban Taskforce states the HDA is an “opportunity” for local councils, stating it will “relieve them of the burden to deal with highly complex developments transversing council boundaries.”
