12th June 2014- Our submission focuses on the unintended and adverse impact of planning, zoning and land use restrictions on competition and responds to the issues raised in Chapter 2 – Regulatory Impediments to Competition. The Urban Taskforce argues that the New South Wales experience is that planning and zoning regulation do exert an adverse impact on competition.
