A new report from the Business Council of Australia has highlighted how fees New South Wales property developers are charged are passed on to the states homebuyers.
Urban Taskforce Australia CEO Tom Forrest was interviewed by The Daily Telegraph, saying while other jurisdictions have similar development charges, none have rates as high as NSW.
