The Australian Bureau of Statistics’ September Housing Approvals Data shows an uptick in apartment approvals and drop-off in approvals for detached homes.
Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest was quoted by The Urban Developer, warning the approvals may not become completed dwellings, as feasibility concerns hamper the development sector.
