The Urban Developer has reported on today’s ABS data showing apartment approvals have dropped sharply, highlighting ongoing risks to housing supply and delivery.
Urban Taskforce CEO, Tom Forrest said, “These figures show we are still well below Housing Accord targets. Governments must act to speed up planning approvals and restore certainty, or many projects simply won’t proceed.”
