Urban Taskforce Australia is a property development industry group, representing Australia’s most prominent property developers and equity financiers.
We acknowledge Federal Government concerns about overseas goods entering the Australian market at potentially unfair prices, which could undercut local manufacturers.
However, we believe that it is important to highlight the implications that a ruling might have on the broader construction industry, which have not been addressed in many of the submissions received to date.
