The New South Wales State Government’s plan to streamline housing through ‘the pattern book’ has fallen flat, with 66 homes currently under construction.
Urban Taskforce Australia CEO Tom Forrest was quoted in The Daily Telegraph, saying it was a good idea that has been badly executed.
