The South-West extension of the M1 Metro rail line is expected to open this Friday, and the suburbs it will service are being rezoned to support tens of thousands of new homes.
Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest was quoted in The Sydney Morning Herald, supporting the changes but raising concerns surrounding labour and skill shortages and rising construction costs.
