I write in relation to the draft Masterplan and supporting policies that were endorsed late in August by Mosman Council.
Urban Taskforce Australia has concerns about Mosman’s proposed alternative to the NSW Government’s Low and Mid-Rise Housing Policy, which has been submitted for Gateway Determination.
We do not believe that the Council, which has been hypercritical of the LMR policy, has approached the exercise with any intention of delivering the same level of housing as has been promised through LMR.
