Stage 2 of the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure for the Wilton community will provide long-awaited support for local housing supply, according to acting Urban Taskforce Australia CEO, Paul Waterhouse.
Today’s announcement by Water Minister, the Hon. Rose Jackson MLC, heralds the investment in, and construction of, essential services that will open up much needed housing development in a growing region of Greater Sydney.
Urban Taskforce has long called for this sort of housing-enabling infrastructure to be delivered in Wilton, and Stage 1 helped to facilitate new homes and businesses in a strategic location.
