Our residential portfolio straddles the high end to the affordable, the bespoke single dwelling to mixed- use and residential high-density housing developments – all designed to respond to the clients’ needs, enhance the context in which they sit and the lives of occupants and users. Arc Architects was founded in 1996 by Mark Armstrong and Paul Rudolph, with a hands-on approach providing design solutions to a myriad of projects, ranging from large scale multi-unit residential developments, industrial complexes and integrated commercial design. Our large scale residential projects include the Metro at Botany Road – Queen Street where we designed and oversaw the construction of 305 apartments, using innovative precast concrete techniques which have since been used extensively in the apartment development market. We were awarded a Housing Industry Association Award for Innovative Design, as well as a Master Builders Award for new construction techniques and design. Winning the design competition for the Bigge St Liverpool residential development, lead to on-going work with the client, along with a similar relationship being established with GPT at Rouse Hill. Our on-going work for Metcash, has resulted in the design and development of large scale bespoke logistic centres throughout Australia.
