In association with other architects, PSEC has also been involved in civic buildings and large scale master plans locally and overseas. Co-founded by Eric Chan and Patrick Sim, both Eric and Patrick have over 30 years combined experience in the field of architecture, planning and project development. Eric specialises in residential developments, having in depth knowledge on site acquisition, initial stage feasibilities, concept design and technical strategies. Patrick is an experienced architect in QLD and NSW with working knowledge across architecture, planning, urban design and contract administration.
