I think locally in Australia the culture seems to be against it. I think there is a cultural perception of what high density might entail. However, for myself, I actually prefer that. You have more interactions, you have different amenities, sometimes you also get a different way of living as well.” “I guess it’s also I guess the convenience. Especially for my job, I have to travel between projects locally. So living here at Central Park I can take public transport if I don’t want to drive and I can walk, literally, to amenities. Like downstairs I can shop, I get groceries every second day because I can, rather than I have to.” “In this particular complex it happens to have other amenities like a gym and a pool. All the eateries are literally downstairs, there’s a cinema downstairs, they have discount tickets on Mondays.” “I guess for me, home is where you feel a sense of belonging; a place where you feel secure. There’s a lady down the corridor, she has a little brown poodle, so you might strike up a conversation.
